Dehesa Ardales is an exciting agricultural and livestock project in Los Yébenes, Toledo. We are inspired by this land to create high-quality agri-food products, focusing on the artisanal production of Manchego cheese with black Manchego sheep's milk, offering a unique flavour and experience in each product.

Our flock

In our flock, we highlight the presence of black Manchego sheep, an indigenous breed that takes its name from Castilla la Mancha. These sheep are exceptional in terms of population and productive characteristics, but unfortunately, they are in danger of extinction. At Dehesa Ardales, we are dedicated to their preservation and protection as a fundamental part of our genetic and cultural heritage.
