Our flock
Our flock includes black Manchego sheep, a native breed of Castilla la Mancha that is in danger of extinction according to the National Breed Information System. Preserving and protecting this genetic and cultural heritage is essential to us. Our sheep enjoy grazing all year round, guaranteeing quality and well-being, a reflection of our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our production.
